EVA is a dense, closed cell foam such as you would find in the soles of an expensive pair of Nike® or Adidas® athletic footwear. These amazing mats have interlocking edges and are reversible for extended wear. They carry a full 5 year warranty. Talk about tough - these mats are also used in horse stalls with horses as heavy as 1,500 lbs. who have enjoyed the comfort and security of these mats since 1997.
